in the high mountains of Western North Carolina, we specialize in "family oriented and
multi-generational" getaways. Owned and operated by two local brokers who were
long time summer residents in the area for more than sixty years - this is now our permanent home. We understand
the needs and desires of typical traveler in this part of the country. We formed our company Winter Star Real Estate
&Property Management in 2004 to serve families with children and pets looking for large, comfortable homes at affordable
prices. Prior to our "real estate" venture, we enjoyed forrty years of experience in the fields of
sales, marketing and graphic arts plus a background in customer service training. We are dedicated to
finding and renting family oriented homes, that are 'child friendly' and 'pet friendly' where extended families -
with members of all ages - can come together for fun filled, memorable occasions.
